Facebook was formed by a boy name Mark Zuckerberg. Mark has always knew a lot about computers and started programing ever since he was young. His dad then got a software designer to teach Mark computer programming. Mark however was much too fast as a learner for his tutor. Mark then designed a web for his family called, “Zuck Net”. In this book it also says another program he created. “Mark’s creation was a very primitive version of America Online Instant Messenger, which came out the following year.” After that in his fourth year of high school he and another student composed a composition program. Believe it or not in his story it says, “The program was posted online and received so many favorable reviews that both AOL and Microsoft offered to buy a synapse for around $1 million. They also wanted to hire Mark to develop it, but he would have to drop out of school, so he refused.” (“Mark Zuckerberg Facebook Creator”). All the programming he did as he grew up lead him to Facebook. With Facebook they are expecting people to be open to different cultures and different people. Zuckerberg also hopes to increase how people bond with jobs and money. (“Henry Blodget”). In the article it talks about some of the characteristics and why Zuckerberg picked them. In the article it says, "blue, because it turns out Zuckerberg is red-green color-blind. Then they say, "Poking because that's what shy boys do to girls they are scared to talk to."
